As we step into the promising realm of 2024, the iQ Workspace team is buzzing with anticipation, eager to unveil a new chapter of innovation and creativity. It’s not just a fresh year; it’s an exciting opportunity to reintroduce ourselves to you, our valued community. We are more than just purveyors of office furniture – we are the dedicated minds behind iQ Workspace, a small but mighty team with a passion for reshaping the landscape of work environments.
How did it begin?
Let’s start from the beginning. iQ was born in 2018 with two people and a small order book. We were camped out in someone else’s office with a couple of mobile phones, laptops, and desk spaces. (Of course, we made sure we were close to their very excellent coffee maker).
We quickly doubled our sales and staff through 2019. Covid arrived on our shores and our focus was supporting our NHS clients who were extremely busy – so no layoffs or furlough for us!
iQ workspace has been my go-to provider for office furniture and accessories since the beginning. Where are we now?
Now nestled in the serene Norfolk countryside, the office has changed since the period of lockdowns and working from home. Our clients are taking advantage of the flexibility that hybrid working offers and are changing their spaces to provide areas for communication, collaboration, and connected working. Here at iQ, our team is busy helping clients create fresh, dynamic and efficient workspaces for their people to thrive and prosper.
You’ll be glad to hear that 2024 has started with a bang; one of our first orders from the Australian Government for sit-stand workstations to be installed next month in Australia House in London.

Ian Fulcher
Ian has been with us since day one. He is our go-to for CAD office layout design, creating innovative yet comfortable designs for everyone we work with, giving our customers a sneak peek into just how their office will look after working with us. Fun fact; he’s also iQ’s Chief Barista!
Bob Francis
Bob’s our sales expert, bringing a wealth of expertise in office revamping and assisting our customers in selecting the perfect furniture for their workspaces. Psst! If you see a strange red dot moving around the walls of your workspace, fear not, it’s probably Bob doing a room survey with his laser distance measurer.
Chelsea Walker
Chelsea keeps the iQ engine humming along flawlessly while juggling and orchestrating our clients’ orders with timely finesse. Not only does Chelsea plan everything iQ, she’s also in full planning mode for her wedding this year! Who doesn’t love a wedding?!
Stuart Moses
Stuart, who leads the Install Team, is a crucial member of iQ Workspace, he’s the friendly face you’ll see as we deliver your products to you in our signature iQ-branded van! As we kick off the installation phase – the finale of our process – Stuart ensures a seamless execution, making this last step the most impactful.
What’s next for us?
As we venture into 2024, we’ve set a challenging target for ourselves. Thanks to our collaboration with our manufacturer partners, a wave of exciting new products and developments are on the horizon.
