Davies Group who acquired ServiceTick in 2017 relocated their offices across Norwich into the prestigious No. 1 Prince of Wales Road building.

iQ Workspace was engaged to create the vision of the Project Manager tasked with delivering the move and to find solutions in stylish and quality furniture to fulfil the needs and aspirations of this important part of the Group.

Davies Group new office desks — Nova Wood bench desks with dark walnut desktops

A new way of working post-pandemic led to the selection of furniture to create an environment that the team are comfortable working in –a ‘scandi’ style of furniture, featuring Nova Wood structure and finishes contrasting with the lustrous Dark Walnut top finishes are arranged in a loose informal layout.

Davies Group new office storage — Matrix modular zoning storage system

Translating a very well-thought-out brief from the client, iQ Workspace produced a 3D visual to bring the 2D sketch to a 3D rendition of the space to enable the client to hone the finer details for flow and layout.

Davies Group new office chairs — Sitesse posture chairs for task seating

Colours from the corporate colour palette representing the various divisions of the business were the inspiration for the colour mix of the task seating selected from the ergonomic Sitesse range.

Davies Group new office meeting booths — Coco meeting booths create comfortable breakout spaces

Soft breakout areas were created with Coco Meeting Booths subdivided with planting and open storage from the versatile Matrix zoning solution. Soft seating from the Target range provides a comfy escape from the workstations

Dining tables from our ever-popular Nova ranges, chosen for simplicity and durability paired with LaFilo dining chairs and stools create a space for informal meetings and breaks for coffee and lunch.
